  2. 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly under running water.
  3. 3. Puree the washed strawberries with a hand blender until they are fine and smooth.
  4. 4. Stir the chia seeds, agave nectar, and vanilla paste into the strawberry mixture.
  5. 5. Optionally puree the mixture briefly again if you prefer a particularly smooth consistency.
  6. 6. Fill the finished jam into two clean jars.
  7. 7. Let the jam swell in the refrigerator overnight so that the chia seeds can do their work.
