🍽️ Fresh Strawberry Chia Jam

Ingredients
- 400 g strawberries
- 25 g chia seeds
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 pinch vanilla bean paste
Instructions
- 1. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Puree the washed strawberries with a hand blender until they are fine and smooth.
- 4. Stir the chia seeds, agave nectar, and vanilla paste into the strawberry mixture.
- 5. Optionally puree the mixture briefly again if you prefer a particularly smooth consistency.
- 6. Fill the finished jam into two clean jars.
- 7. Let the jam swell in the refrigerator overnight so that the chia seeds can do their work.
