🥤 Refreshing Strawberry-Blackberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 300 g strawberries
- 100 g blackberries
- 2 blood oranges
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries and blackberries under running water.
- 2. Remove the tough stems from the strawberries.
- 3. Place the cleaned berry mixture into a container.
- 4. Puree the fruits finely, for example using a hand blender.
- 5. Squeeze the blood oranges after cutting them in half.
- 6. Add the freshly squeezed orange juice to the berry mixture.
- 7. Stir the ingredients well together.
- 8. Refine the flavor to taste with a splash of lemon juice.
- 9. Pour the smoothie into a clean 500-milliliter bottle or into two 250-milliliter bottles.
- 10. Place the bottles in the refrigerator to chill the juice.
- 11. Shake the bottle vigorously before drinking the smoothie.
