🍰 Fruity Strawberry Banana Shake

Ingredients
- 100 g strawberries
- 0.5 banana
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 300 ml buttermilk
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the strawberries under running water.
- 2. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 3. Cut the cleaned strawberries in half.
- 4. Peel the banana completely.
- 5. Place the halved strawberries, the peeled banana, the lemon juice, and the honey into the blender.
- 6. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- 7. Pour the buttermilk slowly and gradually into the mixture.
- 8. Mix everything together briefly until well combined.
- 9. Pour the shake into two tall glasses.
- 10. Skewer a few fresh strawberries onto small wooden picks.
- 11. Slice thin rounds from the remaining banana.
- 12. Garnish the glasses with the strawberry picks and the banana slices.
