  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries and apricots under running water.
  2. 2. Remove the green stems and leaves from the strawberries.
  3. 3. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
  4. 4. Halve the apricots and remove the pits.
  5. 5. Cut the pitted apricots into small pieces as well.
  6. 6. Place the cut strawberries and apricots together into a large pot.
  7. 7. Briefly puree the fruits in the pot using a hand blender until they are slightly crushed.
  8. 8. Stir the sugar and lemon juice into the fruit mixture.
  9. 9. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring.
  10. 10. Let the jam boil vigorously for about four minutes.
  11. 11. Add the liqueur to the boiling jam and stir it in.
  12. 12. Perform a setting test to check if the jam has set properly.
  13. 13. Fill the hot jam into clean, prepared jars.
  14. 14. Seal the jars tightly and let the jam cool down completely inside them.
