🍰 Fresh Strawberry and Pineapple Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pineapple
- 400 g strawberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- lemon balm (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pineapple completely.
- 2. Cut the pineapple lengthwise into four equal quarters.
- 3. Remove the hard, central core from each pineapple piece.
- 4. Cut the soft pineapple flesh into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Wash the strawberries thoroughly under running water.
- 6. Remove the green leaves and stems from the strawberries.
- 7. Cut the strawberries in half or quarters, depending on their size.
- 8. Take about 100 grams of the prepared strawberries.
- 9. Place these strawberries together with the honey and lemon juice into a blender.
- 10. Blend the mixture until it is very fine and smooth.
- 11. Optionally, press the pureed mixture through a fine sieve to make it completely smooth.
- 12. Divide the remaining whole strawberry and pineapple pieces among small plates.
- 13. Drizzle the prepared strawberry-honey sauce over the fruit.
- 14. Garnish the salad with fresh lemon balm leaves.
- 15. Serve the salad immediately.
