  1. 1. Bring water to a boil and add some salt.
  2. 2. Add the peas to the boiling water and cook them for 6 minutes.
  3. 3. Drain the peas and let them drip dry.
  4. 4. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  5. 5. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  6. 6. Cut the pepper flesh into small cubes.
  7. 7. Let the matjes fillets drip dry.
  8. 8. Pat the fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Cut the matjes fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  10. 10. Place the drained peas, the pepper cubes, the parsley, and the matjes pieces into a bowl.
  11. 11. Add 3 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, salt, and plenty of pepper.
  12. 12. Mix all ingredients well together.
  13. 13. Let the salad marinate for 30 minutes.
  14. 14. Slice the mozzarella balls into slices.
  15. 15. Plate the salad and place the mozzarella slices on top.
  16. 16. Serve the salad cold.
