🥗 Fresh Pea and Surimi Salad with Dill

Ingredients
- 400 g peas
- salt
- 200 g surimi
- 1 small onion
- 1 bunch dill
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 200 g sour cream
- 50 ml whipping cream
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- white pepper
Instructions
- 1. Let the peas thaw.
- 2. Bring plenty of water to a boil and add some salt.
- 3. Cook the peas in the salted water for 5 minutes.
- 4. Slice the surimi sticks into thin rounds.
- 5. Peel the onion and chop it finely.
- 6. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
- 7. Chop the dill coarsely.
- 8. Place the peas, surimi, onions, and dill into a bowl.
- 9. Mix the ingredients with the balsamic vinegar.
- 10. Mix the sour cream with the cream.
- 11. Season the sauce with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
