🍽️ Crunchy Peas with Fresh Dill

Ingredients
- 600 g green peas (frozen)
- salt
- 5 sprigs dill
- 150 g butter
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Let the peas thaw.
- 2. Bring water to a boil and add some salt.
- 3. Add the peas to the boiling water and cook them for 2 to 3 minutes (this is called blanching).
- 4. Drain the peas.
- 5. Rinse the peas with cold water to stop the cooking process (this is called shocking).
- 6. Let the peas drain well.
- 7. Rinse the dill briefly under running water.
- 8. Shake the dill dry.
- 9. Pick the fine dill tips off the tough stems.
- 10. Chop the dill tips coarsely.
- 11. Heat a pan.
- 12. Add the butter to the pan and let it melt.
- 13. Add the breadcrumbs to the melted butter.
- 14. Fry the breadcrumbs lightly until they are golden brown.
- 15. Add the drained peas to the pan with the breadcrumbs.
- 16. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 17. Fill the peas into small bowls.
- 18. Let the dishes cool down briefly.
- 19. Sprinkle the chopped dill over the peas.
- 20. Serve the dish.
