  1. 1. Line a deep, rectangular baking dish with cling film.
  2. 2. Cover half of the bottom of the dish with ladyfingers.
  3. 3. Drizzle the biscuits with 30 milliliters of orange liqueur.
  4. 4. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise.
  5. 5. Scrape the seeds out of the vanilla pod.
  6. 6. Stir mascarpone, powdered sugar, and the vanilla seeds until smooth.
  7. 7. Stir the egg liqueur into the mascarpone mixture.
  8. 8. Whip the cream stiffly with cream stabilizer.
  9. 9. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cream.
  10. 10. Hull and wash the strawberries.
  11. 11. Slice all strawberries except for three into slices.
  12. 12. Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the first layer of ladyfingers.
  13. 13. Place half of the strawberry slices on the cream.
  14. 14. Arrange another layer of ladyfingers over the strawberries.
  15. 15. Drizzle the second layer of biscuits with orange liqueur again.
  16. 16. Spread the remaining mascarpone cream on the second layer of biscuits.
  17. 17. Place the remaining strawberry slices on the cream.
  18. 18. Crumble the amaretti cookies.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the top layer with the amaretti crumbs.
  20. 20. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  21. 21. Lift the tiramisu out of the dish using the cling film.
  22. 22. Cut the tiramisu into eight pieces.
  23. 23. Arrange the pieces on plates.
  24. 24. Dust the tiramisu with powdered sugar.
  25. 25. Add a dollop of strawberry sauce to the plate.
  26. 26. Halve the remaining whole strawberries.
  27. 27. Place the halved strawberries as a garnish.
