  9. 9. Remove the skin from the duck breasts.
  10. 10. Cut the meat into small cubes.
  11. 11. Thread the meat cubes and peach wedges alternately onto wooden skewers.
  12. 12. Preheat a grill pan or a grill.
  13. 13. Grill the skewers on all sides for a total of 6 to 8 minutes.
