  3. 3. Tear the salad into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Peel the oranges with a sharp knife.
  5. 5. Remove the white pith as well.
  6. 6. Cut the orange segments out of the membranes.
  7. 7. Place the orange segments on four plates.
  8. 8. Distribute the salad loosely over the oranges.
  9. 9. Put all ingredients for the marinade into a bowl.
  10. 10. Mix the marinade thoroughly.
  11. 11. Season the marinade to taste.
  12. 12. Drizzle the marinade over the salad.
  13. 13. Top the dish with duck breast slices.
  14. 14. Add drained cranberries.
  15. 15. Toast the bread slices.
  16. 16. Cut stars out of the toast bread.
  17. 17. Place the toast stars decoratively next to the salad.
  18. 18. Serve the dish immediately.
