Ingredients
- 100 g Oat flakes
- 400 g Dried dates (pitted)
- 50 g Ground flaxseeds
- 100 g Almond kernels (Nut-free variant for allergy sufferers: sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds)
- 60 g Dried cranberries (sugar-free and sulfite-free)
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 40 g Coconut flakes (3–4 tbsp)
- 15 g Almond butter (3 tsp)
- 20 g Coconut shreds (2 tbsp)
- 20 g Shelled hemp seeds (2 tbsp)
- 20 g Sesame (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients into a high-performance blender or food processor.
- 2. Blend the ingredients until a coarse dough forms.
- 3. Take the mixture with your hands and roll it into 35 small balls.
- 4. Roll the balls one by one in coconut flakes, hemp seeds, and sesame.
