  1. 1. Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes. Then drain them in a sieve and collect the remaining water.
  2. 2. Puree the dates, peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons of the soaking water finely using a blender or chopper. Mix in the oats, flaxseeds, and salt, and knead everything into a sticky, moldable dough.
  3. 3. Chop the peanuts and fold them in along with the cacao nibs (small pieces of cocoa beans). Shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls using your hands.
  4. 4. Roll the power balls in shredded coconut. Place them on a plate and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
