Ingredients
- 2 heads endive
- Vinegar-oil dressing
- Trace sugar
Instructions
- 1. Remove the tough outer leaves of the endive.
- 2. Cut off the hard root ends at the bottom.
- 3. Thoroughly wash the remaining leaves under running water.
- 4. Tightly bundle the leaves together.
- 5. Slice the bundle into thin strips.
- 6. Place the endive pieces in a bowl.
- 7. Prepare a marinade using vinegar and oil.
- 8. Pour the vinegar and oil mixture over the endive.
- 9. Add a little sugar.
- 10. Mix everything well until the leaves are evenly coated.
