Ingredients
- 800 g Swiss Emmental (in a block)
- Salad leaves
- 2 slices Whole grain bread
- 2 Tomatoes
Instructions
- 1. Cut the Emmental cheese into 24 cubes of equal size.
- 2. Cut the whole grain bread into 8 pieces the same size as the cheese cubes. Tear the lettuce leaves into pieces of the same size.
- 3. Thread alternating pieces of bread, lettuce, and three cheese cubes onto the skewers. Place a small tomato cap on top of each and, if you like, stick a small Swiss flag on the very top.
