Ingredients
- 125 g unsweetened thick milk (0 cup; 1.5%)
- Sweetener or salt (and pepper)
- 1 tbsp chive rings
- 2 slices crispbread
- 10 g semi-fat butter (or - margarine)
- 40 g Edamer (2 slice; 30% fat in dry matter)
- 30 g beer ham (2 slice)
- 50 g tomatoes (1 tomato)
Instructions
- 1. Decide on a flavor profile: sweet or savory.
- 2. If you prefer sweet, add sugar to the curd milk.
- 3. If you prefer savory, add salt and pepper to the curd milk.
- 4. Gently fold the chive rings into the curd milk.
- 5. Spread the fat onto the crispbread slices.
- 6. Top one slice with cheese.
- 7. Top another slice with beer ham.
- 8. Slice the tomato.
- 9. Place the tomato slices on the topped breads.
- 10. Add the chives to the tomatoes if you chose the sweet version.
