🥤 Refreshing Iced Tea with a Shot

Ingredients
- 5 tsp Darjeeling tea
- 1 lemon
- 1 bowl ice cubes
- 40 ml cachaça
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 250 ml mineral water
- ice cubes (for the glasses)
- mint (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut several thick slices from the lemon.
- 3. Dice the remaining lemon into small cubes.
- 4. Pour half a liter of boiling water over the tea bag.
- 5. Let the tea steep for about three minutes.
- 6. Fill a carafe completely with ice cubes.
- 7. Pour the hot tea directly over the ice cubes.
- 8. Add the lime juice and the sugarcane spirit to the carafe.
- 9. Top up the drink with mineral water.
- 10. Place lemon pieces and fresh ice cubes into the drinking glasses.
- 11. Pour the cold tea over the ingredients in the glasses.
- 12. Garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves.
