🍰 Creative Chocolate Ice Cups

Ingredients
- 50 g nut nougat cream
- 100 g milk chocolate couverture
- 100 g dark chocolate couverture
- 125 g whipping cream
- 100 g coconut oil
- 0.5 tsp coconut oil
- 50 g white chocolate couverture
- 45 small molds (made of foil)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chocolate squares into small pieces.
- 2. Put the chocolate pieces, the fat, the nut nougat cream, and the cream into a pot.
- 3. Melt the mixture over medium heat while stirring constantly.
- 4. Pour the liquid chocolate cream into the small molds.
- 5. Fill the molds only just below the rim (about 1 millimeter down).
- 6. Melt the white chocolate squares together with the coconut fat.
- 7. Fill the melted white chocolate into deep-frozen bags.
- 8. Cut a small corner off the corner of the bag.
- 9. Use the bag like a piping bag to draw patterns onto the chocolate cream in the molds.
