🥤 Iced coffee with a shot of rum

Ingredients
- 600 ml brewed strong coffee
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 80 ml white rum
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 10 roughly crushed ice cubes
- 80 g whipping cream
- 4 lemon slices
- coffee powder
Instructions
- 1. Put the coffee into a bowl.
- 2. Sprinkle the powdered sugar over it.
- 3. Stir the mixture well.
- 4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 5. Take the coffee mixture out of the refrigerator.
- 6. Add the rum to the cooled mixture.
- 7. Add the lemon juice.
- 8. Stir everything well.
- 9. Take 4 tall glasses.
- 10. Divide the finely crushed ice evenly among the glasses.
- 11. Pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
- 12. Whip the cream until it is semi-stiff.
- 13. Semi-stiff means the cream still has liquid parts but already shows some structure.
- 14. Put the whipped cream on the iced coffee.
- 15. Take the lemon slices.
- 16. Cut each slice in half.
- 17. Coat the lemon halves in some coffee powder.
- 18. Decorate the rim of the glasses with the lemon halves.
