  1. 1. Put the coffee into a bowl.
  2. 2. Sprinkle the powdered sugar over it.
  3. 3. Stir the mixture well.
  4. 4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  5. 5. Take the coffee mixture out of the refrigerator.
  6. 6. Add the rum to the cooled mixture.
  7. 7. Add the lemon juice.
  8. 8. Stir everything well.
  9. 9. Take 4 tall glasses.
  10. 10. Divide the finely crushed ice evenly among the glasses.
  11. 11. Pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
  12. 12. Whip the cream until it is semi-stiff.
  13. 13. Semi-stiff means the cream still has liquid parts but already shows some structure.
  14. 14. Put the whipped cream on the iced coffee.
  15. 15. Take the lemon slices.
  16. 16. Cut each slice in half.
  17. 17. Coat the lemon halves in some coffee powder.
  18. 18. Decorate the rim of the glasses with the lemon halves.
