🍽️ Refreshing Lemon Ginger Lemonade

Ingredients
- 6 lemons
- 2 cm ginger
- 100 g honey
- Crushed Ice
- 4 lemon slices for garnishing (organic)
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the juice from the lemons.
- 2. Wash the ginger thoroughly.
- 3. Slice the ginger into thin rounds.
- 4. Add the lemon juice, ginger slices, honey, and 200 milliliters of water to a pot.
- 5. Heat the mixture, but do not let it boil.
- 6. Let the mixture steep for about 10 minutes.
- 7. Strain the liquid through a sieve to remove the ginger and pulp.
- 8. Let the lemonade base cool down completely.
- 9. Fill four lemonade glasses halfway with crushed ice.
- 10. Pour the cooled lemonade base over the ice.
- 11. Top up the glasses with chilled mineral water.
- 12. Choose still or sparkling water according to your preference.
- 13. Garnish each glass with a fresh lemon slice.
- 14. Serve the lemonade immediately.
