🍰 Creamy White Grape Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 400 g green grapes
- 40 g honey
- 40 ml grappa
- 150 g mascarpone
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the white grapes under running water.
- 2. Puree the cleaned grapes finely until they form a pulp.
- 3. Press the grape puree through a fine sieve to remove seeds and skins.
- 4. Stir the honey and the grappa (an Italian grape brandy) into the sieved fruit puree.
- 5. Add the mascarpone (a creamy fresh cheese) and stir it in thoroughly until the mixture is smooth.
- 6. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- 7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the grape-mascarpone mixture.
- 8. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- 9. Process the ice cream in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- 10. Alternatively: Cover the container and freeze the ice cream for at least 5 hours, stirring it once every 30 to 60 minutes to achieve a creamy texture.
- 11. Before serving, scoop round portions (scoops) of ice cream using an ice cream scoop or spoon.
- 12. Sprinkle the ice cream portions with chopped pistachios as desired.
