  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the white grapes under running water.
  2. 2. Puree the cleaned grapes finely until they form a pulp.
  3. 3. Press the grape puree through a fine sieve to remove seeds and skins.
  4. 4. Stir the honey and the grappa (an Italian grape brandy) into the sieved fruit puree.
  5. 5. Add the mascarpone (a creamy fresh cheese) and stir it in thoroughly until the mixture is smooth.
  6. 6. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  7. 7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the grape-mascarpone mixture.
  8. 8. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  9. 9. Process the ice cream in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  10. 10. Alternatively: Cover the container and freeze the ice cream for at least 5 hours, stirring it once every 30 to 60 minutes to achieve a creamy texture.
  11. 11. Before serving, scoop round portions (scoops) of ice cream using an ice cream scoop or spoon.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the ice cream portions with chopped pistachios as desired.
