  4. 4. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and remove the seeds.
  5. 5. Finely dice the tomato flesh.
  6. 6. Clean the celery and carrots.
  7. 7. Peel the vegetables.
  8. 8. Dice the celery and carrots into small pieces.
  9. 9. Peel the shallots.
  10. 10. Finely chop the shallots.
  11. 11. Wash the peppers.
  12. 12. Halve the peppers and remove the seeds.
  13. 13. Dice the peppers.
  14. 14. Heat the oil in a pot.
  15. 15. Sauté the shallots until translucent.
  16. 16. Add the remaining vegetables to the pot.
  17. 17. Fry the vegetables while stirring for 5 minutes.
  18. 18. Pour in the broth.
