  1. 1. Add the vinegar, 200 milliliters of water, the honey, the salt, and the mustard to a pot.
  2. 2. Add the juniper berries and bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. 3. Wash the radishes, remove the stems, and cut them in half.
  4. 4. Peel the shallots and slice them into rings.
  5. 5. Add the radishes and the shallots to the boiling liquid.
  6. 6. Let the mixture boil again briefly.
  7. 7. Remove the vegetables from the liquid using a slotted spoon.
  8. 8. Fill the vegetables into the prepared jar.
  9. 9. Rinse the herbs briefly under running water.
  10. 10. Shake the herbs dry.
  11. 11. Cut the chives into small rings.
  12. 12. Add the remaining herbs to the liquid.
  13. 13. Bring the liquid to a boil again.
  14. 14. Pour the hot liquid over the vegetables in the jar.
  15. 15. Make sure the vegetables are completely covered.
  16. 16. Seal the jar tightly immediately.
