🍽️ Crunchy Pickled Celery Sticks

Ingredients
- 2 kg celery
- 2 chili peppers
- 6 garlic cloves
- 6 tbsp sea salt
- 2 l white wine vinegar
- 200 g sugar
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the celery stalks under running water.
- 2. Peel off the tough outer fibers from the stalk.
- 3. Cut the celery into pieces about 4 cm in size.
- 4. Wash the chili peppers under running water.
- 5. Slice the chilies into thin rings.
- 6. Put 2 liters of water, salt, vinegar, and sugar into a pot.
- 7. Bring the liquid to a boil.
- 8. Add the celery, garlic, and chili rings to the pot.
- 9. Cook the mixture for about 2 minutes over medium heat.
- 10. Fill the hot liquid along with the vegetables into prepared jars.
- 11. Seal the jars tightly.
- 12. Place the jars on a kitchen towel.
- 13. Let the jars cool down completely.
