  3. 3. Cut the celery into pieces about 4 cm in size.
  4. 4. Wash the chili peppers under running water.
  5. 5. Slice the chilies into thin rings.
  6. 6. Put 2 liters of water, salt, vinegar, and sugar into a pot.
  7. 7. Bring the liquid to a boil.
  8. 8. Add the celery, garlic, and chili rings to the pot.
  9. 9. Cook the mixture for about 2 minutes over medium heat.
  10. 10. Fill the hot liquid along with the vegetables into prepared jars.
  11. 11. Seal the jars tightly.
  12. 12. Place the jars on a kitchen towel.
  13. 13. Let the jars cool down completely.
