  1. 1. Peel the garlic cloves completely from their skin.
  2. 2. Bring water with some salt to a boil.
  3. 3. Add the garlic cloves to the boiling salt water.
  4. 4. Let the garlic cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove the garlic from the water and let it drain.
  6. 6. Fill the drained garlic into the prepared jar.
  7. 7. Add cumin, mustard seeds, and juniper berries to the garlic in the jar.
  8. 8. Mix vinegar, half a teaspoon of salt, 100 milliliters of water, and honey in a pot.
  9. 9. Bring the vinegar mixture to a boil.
  10. 10. Pour the hot brine immediately over the garlic in the jar.
  11. 11. Seal the jar tightly and well.
