  2. 2. Remove the individual grapes from the stems.
  3. 3. Fill the prepared jars with the grapes.
  4. 4. Peel the ginger.
  5. 5. Slice the ginger into thin rounds.
  6. 6. Break the cinnamon stick into small pieces.
  7. 7. Add the orange zest, ginger slices, cinnamon, sugar, 100 milliliters of water, and wine to a pot.
  8. 8. Heat the mixture while stirring until it briefly comes to a boil.
  9. 9. Remove the pot from the heat.
  10. 10. Stir the grappa into the warm liquid.
  11. 11. Pour the liquid over the grapes in the jars.
  12. 12. Ensure the grapes are completely covered with liquid.
  13. 13. Seal the jars tightly immediately.
  14. 14. Let the grapes pickle for at least 5 days before serving.
