🍽️ Marinated Tomatoes with Feta Cheese and Olives

Ingredients
- 300 g Feta cheese
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp green olives
- 2 tbsp black olives
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 0.125 l olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and then pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Cut the feta cheese into small, even cubes.
- 3. Break the thyme sprigs into small pieces using your hands.
- 4. Peel the garlic and slice it into very thin pieces.
- 5. Add all the prepared ingredients to a bowl.
- 6. Whisk the olive oil with salt and pepper in a small separate bowl.
- 7. Pour the oil mixture over the tomatoes and mix everything well so that everything is evenly coated.
- 8. Store the bowl in a cool place.
- 9. Let the ingredients marinate for at least two days to allow the flavors to meld.
- 10. Grind fresh pepper over the finished dish before serving.
