  3. 3. Break the thyme sprigs into small pieces using your hands.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic and slice it into very thin pieces.
  5. 5. Add all the prepared ingredients to a bowl.
  6. 6. Whisk the olive oil with salt and pepper in a small separate bowl.
  7. 7. Pour the oil mixture over the tomatoes and mix everything well so that everything is evenly coated.
