🍽️ Pickled Porcini Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 100 g porcini mushrooms (or chanterelles or other wild mushrooms)
- 0.5 l white wine vinegar
- 250 ml water
- 2 cloves
- 1 tsp white peppercorns
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp salt
- 6 small shallots (peeled)
- 2 garlic cloves (peeled)
- 8 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Bring all ingredients except the mushrooms and olive oil to a boil.
- 2. Add the mushrooms to the boiling liquid, remove the pot from the heat, and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Divide the mushrooms among the jars, top each with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, seal the jars immediately, and store them in a cool place.
