🍽️ Marinated Chive Onions

Ingredients
- 10 spring onions
- 1 untreated lemon
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 bunch chives
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onions, wash them thoroughly, and shake off excess water. Cut off the green tops and slice the white part of the onion into thin rounds.
- 2. Squeeze the lemon to get the juice. Mix the lemon juice with the oil. Place the onion slices in this mixture and let them marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
- 3. Wash the chives, shake off excess water, and chop them very finely. Remove the onions from the marinade, let them drain well, and mix them with the chopped chives. Then serve the dish.
