🍽️ Marinated Sardines in Herb Oil

Ingredients
- 0.5 handful parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 100 g anchovy fillets (in oil)
- 8 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the parsley under running water.
- 2. Shake the parsley dry.
- 3. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 4. Peel the garlic clove.
- 5. Finely chop the garlic.
- 6. Wash the chili pepper.
- 7. Cut the chili in half lengthwise.
- 8. Remove the seeds from the chili.
- 9. Cut the chili into thin strips.
- 10. Drain the sardine fillets.
- 11. Place the sardines, parsley, garlic, and chili in a bowl.
- 12. Add the olive oil.
- 13. Mix everything well together.
- 14. Let the mixture marinate for about 3 hours.
- 15. Toast the white bread.
- 16. Serve the sardines with the toasted bread.
