Ingredients
- 1 kg various fruits (peaches, pears, strawberries, grapes, gooseberries)
- 1 l rum
- 500 g sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the fruits under running water.
- 2. Remove the seeds from the grapes.
- 3. Heat the rum and sugar in a pot until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- 4. Place the fruits into clean jars.
- 5. Pour the warm rum-sugar mixture over the fruits.
- 6. Add cinnamon sticks to the jars according to your taste.
- 7. Seal the jars tightly.
- 8. Store the jars in a cool place.
- 9. Let the fruits infuse for at least two months.
