🍽️ Marinate olives with chili and herbs

Ingredients
- 8 garlic cloves
- 8 narrow chili peppers
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 4 stems basil
- 400 g green olives (pitted)
- 800 ml extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half.
- 2. Rinse the chili peppers under running water.
- 3. Wash the thyme sprigs and shake them dry.
- 4. Wash the basil and shake it dry as well.
- 5. Finely chop the basil leaves.
- 6. Place the olives, garlic, chili peppers, thyme sprigs, and chopped basil into clean, boiled bottles.
- 7. Pour the oil over the ingredients in the bottles.
- 8. Store the bottles in a cool place; the oil will keep for about 6 weeks.
