Ingredients
- 500 g asparagus
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- water
- chives
Instructions
- 1. Peel the asparagus thoroughly.
- 2. Bring water to a boil and add some salt.
- 3. Cook the asparagus in this salted water until tender.
- 4. Cut the cooked asparagus into pieces about 3 centimeters long.
- 5. Add vinegar, oil, water, salt, and sugar to a pot.
- 6. Warm this mixture gently, but do not let it boil.
- 7. Pour the warm liquid over the asparagus pieces.
- 8. Let the salad sit for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- 9. Taste the salad again afterwards and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- 10. Finely chop some chives.
- 11. Sprinkle the chopped chives over the finished salad.
- 12. Now serve the salad.
