🍽️ Fresh Pepper and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 4 yellow bell peppers
- 1 small cucumber
- 100 g cream cheese
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp seed oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- chervil (for decoration)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the peppers under running water.
- 2. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the seeds and white pith from the pepper halves.
- 4. Slice the pepper halves crosswise into thin strips.
- 5. Thoroughly wash the cucumber under running water.
- 6. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 7. Scoop out the seeds from the cucumber halves using a spoon.
- 8. Dice the deseeded cucumber flesh into small cubes.
- 9. Whisk vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl to make a dressing.
- 10. Place the pepper strips and cucumber cubes into a large bowl.
- 11. Pour the salad dressing over the vegetables and mix everything well.
- 12. Let the salad marinate for about 30 minutes.
- 13. Stir the salad once more just before serving.
- 14. Distribute the cream cheese portions evenly over the salad.
- 15. Garnish the salad with fresh chervil leaves.
