  2. 2. Scoop out the egg inside using a teaspoon.
  3. 3. Dice the egg into small pieces.
  4. 4. Peel the shallot and chop it finely.
  5. 5. Add the chopped shallot to the egg pieces.
  6. 6. Flake the fish and add it to the mixture.
  7. 7. Stir the sour cream into the ingredients.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to your taste.
  9. 9. Fill the finished egg salad back into the empty eggshells.
  10. 10. Garnish the shells with capers, pieces of red beet, and dill.
  11. 11. Serve the stuffed eggshells.
