  1. 1. Wash the lemon under running water and pat it dry.
  2. 2. Grate the fine yellow zest of the lemon using a grater.
  3. 3. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
  4. 4. Pour the milk and the cream into a saucepan.
  5. 5. Add one teaspoon of the grated lemon zest to the saucepan.
  6. 6. Heat the milk and cream mixture on the stove until it is warm.
  7. 7. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  8. 8. Let the mixture cool down for three to five minutes.
  9. 9. Stir two tablespoons of lemon juice into the cooled milk and cream mixture.
  10. 10. Stir in the egg liqueur.
  11. 11. Pour the finished punch into four glasses.
  12. 12. Lightly sprinkle each glass with cinnamon.
