🥤 Cozy Warm Citron Egg Punch

Ingredients
- 1 organic lemon
- 400 ml milk (3.5 % fat)
- 125 g whipping cream
- 125 ml egg liqueur
- cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon under running water and pat it dry.
- 2. Grate the fine yellow zest of the lemon using a grater.
- 3. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
- 4. Pour the milk and the cream into a saucepan.
- 5. Add one teaspoon of the grated lemon zest to the saucepan.
- 6. Heat the milk and cream mixture on the stove until it is warm.
- 7. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- 8. Let the mixture cool down for three to five minutes.
- 9. Stir two tablespoons of lemon juice into the cooled milk and cream mixture.
- 10. Stir in the egg liqueur.
- 11. Pour the finished punch into four glasses.
- 12. Lightly sprinkle each glass with cinnamon.
