Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp mustard
- 0.125 l vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp bell peppers
- 1 tbsp chives
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites, and press the yolks through a fine sieve. Finely chop the egg whites.
- 2. Mix the yolks with the mustard. Slowly whisk in the oil drop by drop until a thick, creamy mixture forms. Dice the paprika into small cubes.
- 3. Wash the chives, shake them dry, and cut them into small rings. Stir the herbs into the dip. Season everything with salt and pepper. Fill the dip into small bowls and serve.
