Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 medium tomatoes
- mayonnaise
- chives
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chives thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Trim the dirty ends off the chives.
- 3. Shake the chives dry.
- 4. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 5. Place the chive rings on four small plates.
- 6. Peel the boiled eggs.
- 7. Cut a small slice from the bottom of the eggs so they stand stably.
- 8. Place the eggs on the plates.
- 9. Wash the tomatoes.
- 10. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 11. Carefully scoop out the flesh and seeds with a small spoon.
- 12. Place the hollowed tomato halves on the eggs like mushroom caps.
- 13. Fill the mayonnaise into a piping bag.
- 14. If you do not have a piping bag, use a freezer bag with a corner cut off.
- 15. Dot small points with mayonnaise onto the tomato tops.
