🍽️ Eggs with Mayonnaise Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 0.5 tsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Chives
- 1 bunch Chives (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes until soft-boiled to hard-boiled, remove them from the water, shock them with cold water, and let them cool down slightly.
- 2. Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt, divide the sauce into two parts, stir the ketchup into one half and the chive rolls into the other.
- 3. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- 4. Cut the chives into short pieces and arrange them decoratively on two plates. Place the eggs on top and add some mayonnaise sauce to each.
