  1. 1. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes until soft-boiled to hard-boiled, remove them from the water, shock them with cold water, and let them cool down slightly.
  2. 2. Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt, divide the sauce into two parts, stir the ketchup into one half and the chive rolls into the other.
  3. 3. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  4. 4. Cut the chives into short pieces and arrange them decoratively on two plates. Place the eggs on top and add some mayonnaise sauce to each.
