🍽️ Hard-boiled eggs with dill crab cream

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 200 g North Sea crabs
- 5 g dill (0.25 bunch)
- 20 g mayonnaise (1 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Gently prick the eggshells with a needle. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 9 to 10 minutes until hard-boiled. Remove them and let them cool down briefly.
- 2. Rinse the crab meat under cold water while the eggs are cooking. Let it drain well and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Wash the dill, shake off excess water, and pick off the fine tips. Chop them finely and mix them with the crab meat, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
- 4. Peel the cooled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Season them with salt and pepper. Place one tablespoon of the crab mixture on each egg half.
