🍽️ Salmon Egg Rolls with Cottage Cheese and Caviar

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 200 ml milk
- 400 g cottage cheese
- 1 bunch chives (cut into rings)
- 2 tbsp dill (chopped)
- salt
- 400 g smoked salmon (in slices)
- 200 g keta caviar
Instructions
- 1. Separate the eggs. Keep the yolks and whites apart.
- 2. Whisk the yolks with the milk and flour until smooth.
- 3. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- 4. Gently fold the stiff egg whites into the yolk mixture.
- 5. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 7. Line a baking sheet with baking paper (approx. 20x30 cm).
- 8. Spread the batter evenly onto the tray.
- 9. Place a container of water in the oven.
- 10. Bake the dough for approx. 25 minutes.
- 11. Remove the tray from the oven.
- 12. Carefully peel the dough off the paper.
- 13. Let the dough cool down completely while covered.
- 14. Mix the cottage cheese with the herbs.
- 15. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the cooled dough.
- 16. Cover the surface completely with the smoked salmon.
- 17. Distribute the salmon caviar on top.
- 18. Roll the mixture tightly.
- 19. Slice the roll into rounds.
- 20. Serve the rolls on fresh lettuce leaves.
