  4. 4. Gently fold the stiff egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  5. 5. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  7. 7. Line a baking sheet with baking paper (approx. 20x30 cm).
  8. 8. Spread the batter evenly onto the tray.
  9. 9. Place a container of water in the oven.
  10. 10. Bake the dough for approx. 25 minutes.
  11. 11. Remove the tray from the oven.
  12. 12. Carefully peel the dough off the paper.
  13. 13. Let the dough cool down completely while covered.
  14. 14. Mix the cottage cheese with the herbs.
