  2. 2. Wash the herbs, chop them finely, and mix them with sour cream, crème fraîche, salt, and pepper. Peel the garlic and press it into the mixture.
  3. 3. Drain the potatoes and let them steam dry for a moment. Serve them together with the shocked, peeled eggs and the herb cream sauce.
