🍽️ Soft-boiled Eggs with Crab

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 60 g North Sea crabs (cooked and peeled)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 drop lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Poke a small hole into the wider end of each egg with a needle to prevent cracking during cooking.
- 2. Carefully place the eggs into a pot of boiling water.
- 3. Cook the eggs for about 6 minutes until the yolks are still soft.
- 4. Take the crab meat out of the package and drain the liquid.
- 5. Chop the crab meat into small pieces.
- 6. Season the crab meat with a pinch of salt, some pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
- 7. Immediately cool the boiled eggs under cold water to make the shells easier to remove.
- 8. Cut the peeled eggs, for example, using an egg slicer.
- 9. Place the seasoned crab meat on top of the eggs.
- 10. Serve the dish fresh with buttered toast.
