  1. 1. Poke a small hole into the wider end of each egg with a needle to prevent cracking during cooking.
  2. 2. Carefully place the eggs into a pot of boiling water.
  3. 3. Cook the eggs for about 6 minutes until the yolks are still soft.
  4. 4. Take the crab meat out of the package and drain the liquid.
  5. 5. Chop the crab meat into small pieces.
  6. 6. Season the crab meat with a pinch of salt, some pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
  7. 7. Immediately cool the boiled eggs under cold water to make the shells easier to remove.
  8. 8. Cut the peeled eggs, for example, using an egg slicer.
  9. 9. Place the seasoned crab meat on top of the eggs.
  10. 10. Serve the dish fresh with buttered toast.
