  1. 1. Peel the shallots and cut them into very small cubes.
  2. 2. Melt the butter in a pot. Sauté the shallots until translucent, sprinkle with flour and stir briefly. Then pour in the grape juice and vegetable stock. Simmer the mixture over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Now pour in the cream and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. Serve garnished with parsley.
