Ingredients
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g blue cheese
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 pear
- 50 g chopped walnuts
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Stir cream cheese, blue cheese, and milk in a bowl until you have a smooth mixture.
- 2. Peel the pear, cut it into quarters, remove the core, and dice it finely. Stir the diced pears and walnuts into the cheese cream and season everything with salt and pepper.
