🍽️ Crispy Chicken Drumsticks with Honey-Mustard Glaze

Ingredients
- 12 chicken drumsticks (Drumsticks)
- 1 tbsp grainy mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Select the top and bottom heat setting.
- 2. Rinse the chicken drumsticks briefly under running water. Then pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Add mustard, honey, oil, and lemon juice to a bowl. Whisk the ingredients well until a smooth sauce forms.
- 4. Toss the chicken drumsticks in the sauce until they are evenly coated all over. Then season the pieces lightly with salt.
- 5. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Arrange the chicken pieces on it.
- 6. Place the tray in the oven. Bake the chicken drumsticks for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 7. Turn the chicken pieces once halfway through the baking time. This ensures even browning.
- 8. Remove the finished chicken drumsticks from the oven. Garnish them with chopped spring onions if desired and serve.
