  2. 2. Place the remaining petals in about 150 milliliters of boiling water.
  3. 3. Let the mixture simmer gently for two to three minutes until the liquid turns a deep red color.
  4. 4. Sweeten the tea to taste with honey.
  5. 5. Allow the sweetened mixture to cool.
  6. 6. Strain the tea through a sieve to remove the petals.
  7. 7. Place the tea in the freezer for about ten minutes to chill it thoroughly.
  8. 8. Cut a slice from the lemon for garnish.
  9. 9. Squeeze the juice from the rest of the fruit.
  10. 10. Mix the lemon juice with the cooled tea.
  11. 11. Pour the mixture into a glass.
  12. 12. Garnish the drink with the lemon slice, the remaining hibiscus petals, and fresh lemon balm.
  13. 13. Serve immediately.
