Ingredients
- 60 ml white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dark balsamic vinegar
- salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 150 ml grape seed oil
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 sprigs marjoram
- 1 tsp pink peppercorns
Instructions
- 1. Whisk both types of balsamic vinegar with two to three tablespoons of water, a pinch of salt, and a little sugar until fully dissolved. While whisking continuously, slowly drizzle in the oil until a creamy emulsion forms.
- 2. Pick the fresh herbs off the stems and add them to the vinaigrette along with the peppercorns. Taste the dressing once more and then serve it.
