🍽️ Delicious Jam Made from Three Different Fruits

Ingredients
- 250 g Apricots
- 500 g Strawberries
- 2 Kiwis
- 500 g Jam sugar (2:1)
- 1 Lemon (unwaxed)
Instructions
- 1. Make a small cross-shaped cut into the apricots.
- 2. Pour boiling water over the apricots for one minute.
- 3. Cool the apricots down under cold water.
- 4. Peel the skin off the apricots.
- 5. Halve the apricots and remove the stones.
- 6. Wash the strawberries and remove the green leafy tops.
- 7. Peel the kiwis.
- 8. Dice all fruits into small cubes.
- 9. Place the fruits in a pot.
- 10. Briefly puree the fruits with a hand blender until roughly chopped.
- 11. Stir the jam sugar into the fruits.
- 12. Wash the lemon.
- 13. Peel the lemon zest, but make sure not to remove any white pith.
- 14. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 15. Mix the lemon zest and juice into the fruits.
- 16. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring.
- 17. Let the mixture bubble vigorously for three minutes.
- 18. Stir the jam occasionally while cooking.
- 19. Remove the lemon zest from the jam.
- 20. Fill the jam into clean screw-top jars up to the rim.
- 21. Seal the jars.
- 22. Place the jars upside down on the worktop for ten minutes.
