🍽️ Grilled Sea Bream with Lime and Garlic Marinade

Ingredients
- 1600 g Dorade (ready for cooking; 4 Dorade)
- 2 Limes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish under cold running water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Wash the limes thoroughly under hot water.
- 4. Dry the limes as well.
- 5. Finely grate the zest from one lime.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from this lime.
- 7. Peel the garlic.
- 8. Press the garlic.
- 9. Mix the lime zest, lime juice, garlic, and oil in a bowl.
- 10. Season the marinade with salt and pepper.
- 11. Coat the fish inside and out completely with the marinade.
- 12. Place the fish on a grill grate.
- 13. Slice the remaining lime.
- 14. Place the lime slices on the grill grate as well.
- 15. Close the grill grate.
- 16. Grill the fish on the preheated grill over medium heat.
- 17. Grill the fish for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 18. Turn the fish once halfway through the cooking time.
- 19. Remove the fish from the grill.
- 20. Serve the fish.
